We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Molders to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality molded products in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role involves operating molding equipment, utilizing various pressing techniques, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet established specifications.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely while maintaining production standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate hydraulic, robotic, and/or manual molding presses and related equipment.
Mold and form products by compacting material mixtures into specified shapes and dimensions.
Apply established molding methods, procedures, and production techniques.
Perform basic density testing and quality inspections on molded products.
Verify product specifications and tolerances using measuring instruments.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, tamping guns, and other production equipment.
Monitor molding processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and conformance to specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals.
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, molding, or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to use measuring devices and inspection tools.
Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Experience operating hydraulic presses, molding equipment, or automated manufacturing machinery.
Experience in plastics, composites, abrasives, rubber, ceramics, or related manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and production measurements.
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
