Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues promptly to ensure continuous production operations

- Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, building structures, and grounds

- Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

- Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrade of equipment and systems as needed

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Skills and

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related technical field, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems

- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
