Maintenance Technician

Prema Tech Advanced Ceramics, a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Worcester, MA. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues promptly to ensure continuous production operations
  • Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, building structures, and grounds
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrade of equipment and systems as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related technical field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
