This position is offering a pay rate of $21.50/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. What You'll Do

* This position will be responsible for quickly and accurately moving production materials and parts into and out of warehouse shelves, storage bins and production locations.

* Receive and put away inbound deliveries.

* Pick and issue parts for production jobs.

* Make inventory and other transactions in company systems and database with accuracy and timeliness.

* Ensure the warehouse is a safe, clean and efficient production work environment.

* Checks completed parts to ensure compliance to Worcester Plant Quality standards and makes necessary adjustments when required to meet quality goals.

In this Function You Will

* Operate a variety of material handling equipment (sit-down or stand-up fork trucks, pallet jacks, two-wheel and four-wheel dollies, cranes, pallet stackers/walkie rider, etc.).

* Unload and load delivery trucks, trailers, and outside carriers.

* Ensure proper movement of materials. Stand up forklift experience is a MUST HAVE skill for this role.
