Worcester Manufacturing -  - Responsibilities:
Precision Painting:
Paint parts and units according to specific project requirements;
Line Management:
Guide the loading of products onto the paint conveyor to ensure proper flow and sequence;
Logistics Coordination:
Hang parts and kits on the paint line in the exact sequence directed by the planning and scheduling department;
Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, and maintain automatic powder booths and shut down paint line equipment daily;
Specialized Machinery:
Safely operate lifts and the burn-off oven to prepare or process materials;
Quality Control:
Check all completed parts to ensure strict compliance with Worcester Plant Quality standards;
Efficiency:
Maintain the assembly line pace to meet both internal and customer requirements
