Overview

Key Job Responsibilities- Architect and drive enterprise‑wide supply chain strategies for multiple advanced robotic product portfolios
- Define and implement transformational sourcing approaches that revolutionize technical capabilities while optimizing cost efficiency
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional organizations to drive product development from conceptualization to scaled deployment
- Develop comprehensive risk management frameworks for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems
- Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to accelerate product innovation and performance
- Influence senior leadership on strategic direction and investment decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience leading and interacting with cross‑functional teams
- 12+ years of experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high‑volume manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale
- Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction
- Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development
- Master’s degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Negotiation skills with proven ability to influence at executive levels and global supply chain leadership expertise
- Demonstrated success in driving large‑scale cost optimization initiatives
- Track record of mentoring and developing senior leaders

Base salary range for this position is detailed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
