Maintenance Supervisor

Rise Baking Company, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities in our manufacturing bakery. This role oversees a small team of technicians, ensuring reliable operation of production and packaging equipment, utilities, and facility systems. You will plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate vendors, and drive safety, quality, and uptime. Collaborating with production and quality teams, you'll troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement, manage parts inventory, and promote a people-focused, safe, and accountable culture on every shift.
