Sanitation Supervisor

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead our Sanitation Management team within our Food & Beverage Operations. This role oversees nightly sanitation of production lines, equipment, and facility areas to meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Sanitation Supervisor plans and assigns work, verifies proper cleaning and chemical use, conducts inspections and pre-op checks, maintains HACCP and SSOP documentation, and partners with QA and Production to resolve issues.

This leader trains, coaches, and schedules sanitation staff, promotes safety and continuous improvement, and supports our culture of innovation, quality, and teamwork.
