Marketing Leadership
- Oversee, as leader of the department, the daily operations of the Marketing team
- Lead the staff responsible for marketing, social media, promotions, and community programming
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, brand visibility, and fan engagement
- Oversee social media planning, posting cadence, creative direction, and cross-platform consistency
- Track and analyze website analytics, digital performance, and social metrics; adjust strategy based on performance data
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and creative deliverables
- Support email marketing strategy, including segmentation, content development, and performance reporting
- Ensure adherence to brand standards across all digital, print, and in-arena materials
- Lead the full game-day experience, ensuring a polished, energetic, and professional presentation
- Oversee the staff responsible for developing the game script, run-of-show, timing notes, and all in-game activations
- Provide direction, feedback, and final approval on all game presentation elements
- Coordinate with and supervise the Game Operations team, PA announcer, music director, production staff, and promotions team to ensure cohesive execution
- Oversee theme nights and specialty game programming, ensuring all elements align with brand standards
- Manage entertainment components including contests, fan engagement moments, giveaways, on-ice promotions, and intermission activities
- Serve as the on-site lead during games, guiding staff and resolving issues in real time
- Oversee team responsible for community events and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the community staff to support appearances, grassroots outreach, and special events
- Collaborate with Ticketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Game Operations to ensure alignment and consistency
- Partner with sales teams on campaigns, promotions, and fan acquisition strategies
- Support partnership deliverables that require marketing or game-day integration
- Maintain strong relationships with local media outlets
- Assist with PR planning, distribution of press materials, and media coordination on game nights
- Identify compelling content opportunities to support storytelling and awareness
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, sports management, or related field preferred
- Experience in marketing, sports/entertainment, event management, or game presentation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and analytics tools
- Ability to lead, manage, and mentor staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and all home game nights
- Adobe Creative Services and Photoshop experience required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events and games
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Willingness to support all aspects of the operation as part of an all-hands-on-deck culture
