The Greater Worcester Land Trust, Inc. is seeking a Stewardship Director to lead land stewardship, monitoring, and volunteer coordination in central Massachusetts. Based at the GWLT office, the role reports to the Executive Director and is salaried with healthcare and a 401K plan.
Responsibilities include monitoring the Trust’s lands, managing volunteers and partnerships, and supporting communications and events throughout the region. Salary ranges $45–55k depending on experience.
