MajorAreas of Responsibility
- In partnership with the class engagement and frontlinefundraising teams, develop gift pyramids, establish revenue projections, and ensure ambitious yet achievable fundraising goalsfor Reunion classes.
- Work with Advancement colleagues as well as key alumnivolunteers to develop and implement strategic plans to engage,cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni in support of Reunionfundraising goals.
- Manage the fundraising efforts of two milestone Reunionclasses, including volunteer recruitment, goal setting, prospectstrategy, solicitation planning, communications, and progressmonitoring.
- Manage the engagement and fundraising efforts of 12-15non-Reunion classes, developing strategies that encourage participation, giving, and continued engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Reunion giving data, includingdollars raised, donor participation, average gift size, givingtrends, prospect movement, and progress toward class and program goals. Use data and historical trends to identify opportunities,assess the effectiveness of fundraising strategies, informforecasting, and recommend adjustments throughout the Reunioncycle.
- Develop and maintain regular Reunion fundraising reports,dashboards, and other tracking tools to provide timely and actionable information to leadership, Class Engagement Officers,frontline fundraisers, and volunteers. Communicate progress,emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Analyze historical Reunion giving results and year-over-yeartrends to inform goal setting, gift pyramids, prospect strategies,volunteer assignments, and overall program planning.
- Partner with Advancement Services, Prospect Development, Data Analytics, and other Advancement colleagues to ensure the accuracy and effective use of Reunion fundraising data and reporting.
- Monitor progress toward Reunion goals throughout thefundraising cycle and proactively identify classes, prospects, or volunteer teams that may require additional attention.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Reunionfundraising communications, including targeted solicitations,volunteer communications, progress updates, and other materialsdesigned to motivate alumni giving.
- Stay current on alumni engagement and fundraising trends and incorporate best practices into Reunion giving strategies and volunteer management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a strong sense of the mission of the College and the value of a liberal arts education.
- The Associate Director will bring 3-5 years of Advancement ortransferable experience.
- The Associate Director should be goal and detail-oriented, ableto travel, work independently, with some evenings and weekends as required.
- Should be able to meet people easily and work well with othersand project a positive image of the College.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;possess the ability to inspire colleagues and motivatevolunteers.
- Initiative, good judgment and sensitivity to confidential information required.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.

Salary Range:
The Associate Director of Reunion Giving position offers a salary range of $70,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience and education.
