The Youth Development Advocate role at YWCA Central Massachusetts in Worcester supports the Youth Development Department by delivering prevention activities, education, and training to program participants. You will assist with Transformations program, Girls Choice Middle, and lead Girls Choice High and Family Fun Fridays.
Flexibility is required: 20 hours per week, evenings and weekends, with some Saturdays; transportation and bilingual communication are valued to engage diverse youth and
