Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Geriatrics

Location: Worcester, MA
Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident health status and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document vital signs and care provided
• Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare staff
• Follow nursing standards and facility protocols
• Perform assigned nursing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates considered
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
