This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Manager for our Special Care Nursery and Mother/Baby Units at Saint Vincent Hospital, located in Worcester, MA. The Nursing Manager will oversee the daily operations of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include staff management, implementing policies and procedures, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain excellent standards of critical care and nursing services.

• Proficiency in Nursing, Nursing Management, and Patient Care practices
• Strong background in obststrics and neonatal care in a level 2b nursery
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• BSN or higher degree required; MSN preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leve 2b nursery, and 1-2 years in a management or leadership role preferred
