As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Vantage at Worcester
, you will provide hands‑on leadership and oversight of all nursing operations while ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. This role plays a critical part in coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Coordinate resident care with hands‑on leadership
- Develop and revise nursing policies
- Supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff
- Lead recruitment and interviewing
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls
- Collaborate across departments
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
Pay Range: $120,000/year - $150,000/year
