Saint Vincent Hospital is a leading healthcare facility in Worcester. We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Onboarding Process
Applicants must complete a background check and pre‑employment health screening, including a drug screen.

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The nurse will assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients on a shift basis, and at the unit level. Responsibilities include supervising staff and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure safe, high‑quality nursing care, staff competency, and efficient resource management. The nurse serves as a role model, advocating for the nursing profession.

• Assess and plan patient care on a shift basis.
• Implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
• Supervise delegated staff activities.
• Collaborate with the CNO to maintain quality standards.
• Advocate for professionalism and communication within the nursing team.

• Required:
  
  Graduation from an accredited state‑approved nursing school.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.

• Required:
  
  Current state license, professional certification, or registration to practice nursing, and CPR certification.
• Compliance with state vaccination mandates; proof of full vaccination or approved exemption required prior to start date.
