Job SummaryAs the Director of Nursing (DON) at Vantage at Worcester, you will provide hands‑on leadership and oversight of all nursing operations while ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. This role plays a critical part in coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate, patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate resident care with hands‑on leadership
- Develop and revise nursing policies
- Supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff
- Lead recruitment and interviewing
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls
- Collaborate across departments
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
Pay Range: $120,000/year - $150,000/year
