Job Description:

Skill Requirements:
Must have Acute Care Inpatient Dialysis experience to be submitted
Experience Requirements: 1 year
Previous Epic experience is required
Schedule/On Call Details: M-F 7a-5:30p. Every other Saturday rotation. There will be some Sunday call requirements, but it should be minimal.
Patient Population:
Delayed graft function, Acute Kidney Injury, End Stage Kidney Disease
