This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience. $50.14 - $51.30.
