Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center
As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents while working closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.
32 hours available on 7a-3p, including an every other weekend rotation.
$37 to $40 an hour, including differentials, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
- Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident, maintaining current resident care plans
- Follow physician's orders, transcribe orders promptly and accurately, and review patient records daily
- Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, administer medication according to procedure, and maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs
- Demonstrate correct safety techniques, respect facility equipment, and contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions
- Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies & Procedures, protecting residents' individual health information
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
- CPR certified
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one
