, no call, and a manageable patient census. As part of a patient‑centered medical home, you’ll deliver evidence‑based family medicine for both children and adults, supported by on‑site lab services and a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. The center also serves as a teaching health center, training family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, and clinical social workers in providing culturally responsive care.

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an NP in a primary care or walk‑in/urgent care setting
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
• Current Massachusetts license or license pending
