UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness partner for Central Massachusetts and the region's largest healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Division of Endocrinology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Endocrinology and Diabetes team within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on inpatient diabetes care.
** Key Highlights:**
* ** Clinical Practice:
** Inpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week (1 weekend per month with compensatory time off during the week and higher weekend rate)
* ** Patient Care:
** Provide comprehensive inpatient diabetes care as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered management for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.
* ** Collaborative Environment:
** Join a well-established and collegial team of 23 Faculty Members, 19 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Fellows and 6 Certified Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists.
* ** EMR System:
** Epic.

* What We're Looking For:

* Required:

*** Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
* NP or PA certification.
* Massachusetts NP or PA license.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
** Preferred:
*** 3-5 years of provider experience in Endocrinology
