Travel RN - Neonatal ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Worcester, MA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of Level 3 or 4 NICU experience and active MA licensure.

• Active MA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 or 4 NICU experience required
• Current NRP certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Position is in a hospital-based NICU setting
• Level 3 or 4 NICU environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• A pass/fail medication exam is administered during in-person orientation with only one attempt allowed; failure results in immediate contract cancellation – study materials will be provided
• An EKG test is also required as part of orientation
• Candidates with any prior actions on their nursing license are not eligible for this position
