LPN, Healthcare Nursing, LPN​/LVN

· Ensures that resident care policies and procedures are followed by nursing service personnel in compliance with center quality standards

· Observes and assesses residents on assigned unit and makes appropriate nursing decisions

· The ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

· Valid and current state LPN license

· Excellent customer service abilities including effective listening skills

· Critical thinking skills

· Decisive judgment

· Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

· Must be covid vaccinated plus the booster
