Visiting Nurse (LPN & RN) - Medical Specialty:

OM A MA Service Incorporated has immediate openings for RN’s and LPN’s to conduct home visits of patients requiring skilled services. Prior Home Care experience is a plus. Flexible schedule, great compensation, travel reimbursement, PPE, training.

Locations:
Boston, Worcester, Cambridge, Dorchester, New Bedford, Brockton, and surrounding towns within Massachusetts.

As a Staff Nurse with OM A MA you agree to support and sustain commitment to compliance and adhere to federal and state laws, relevant healthcare agency program requirements, and OM A MA's business policies and Code of Conduct.

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care such as administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.

• Home care experience (preferred).
• 1 year nursing experience (recommended).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.
• License/Certification:
  Massachusetts RN, LPN license (required).
