Job Title
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
LocationNew Paltz, NY
Pay & BenefitsBase Rate: $28.33 - $31.90 per hour based on experience and shift. Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000. 0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights. Daily Pay via third‑party provider.

Duties- Collect required information from new residents to be admitted
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
- Might supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
- Help residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid NY State LPN license
- In good standing with State Registry
New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a 77‑bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood outside of town.
