- End Date/Duration: Contract assignment (duration to be discussed)
- Shift: Onsite; typically MON-FRI 5 PM – 8 AM, plus full weekend coverage 7 AM – 7 PM / 7 PM – 7 AM
- Hours/week: Varied, based on shift schedule
- Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license, appropriate certifications (e.g., Neonatal, Critical Care)
- Experience: Prior NICU or Critical Care experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)

- Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in medical records
- Respond to emergent situations promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with hospital and state regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Neonatal or Critical Care certification/licenses (if applicable)
- 2+ years of NICU or adult Critical Care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work onsite consistently and reliably
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a high-acuity NICU or ICU setting
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
