Registered Nurse (RN) - Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center Job Summary
As one of our RNs, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, supervise nursing assistants, and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Openings- 32 hours on 7a-3p, includes every other weekend
- 16 hours on 11-7a, includes every other weekend
- 24 hours on 11p-7a, includes every other weekend
- 24 hours on 3p-11p, includes every other weekend
- Competitive pay ranging from $42 to $44.50 per hour, depending on the shift
- Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials
- Weekly pay
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate resident records
- Follow physician's orders and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists
- Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, including resident evaluations and care plans
- Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of resident conditions
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college
- Must be CPR certified
- Must have a current and active RN license in the state or be in the process of obtaining one
