- Experience: Previous NICU or critical care experience preferred
- Pay package: Competitive hourly rate (see below)
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour
- Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable, and 24/7 dedicated team support
- Provide advanced neonatal critical care in a busy NICU environment
- Monitor and manage critically ill neonates and infants
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide family support and educate families on neonatal care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
- Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal or critical care certification preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years NICU or acute care experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
