• Provide compassionate and professional overnight nursing care to residents with dementia and memory loss.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes with clinical judgment.
• Communicate effectively with families, care staff, and on‑call support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations.
• Supervise a team of CNA/Caregivers.

• Active Massachusetts LPN license (required).
• Previous experience in dementia or geriatric care preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
