Job Overview

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PCU – Progressive Care Unit position in Worcester, MA. This is an ongoing staff position requiring 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.

• Provide direct clinical patient care on a per‑shift basis.
• Assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients and at the unit level.
• Supervise staff, delegating appropriate care responsibilities.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct care in accordance with established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control.
• Plan and coordinate patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Execute Hospital Incident Command System responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to hospital emergency codes and policies.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of a state‑approved or accredited nursing school.
• Certification:
  Licensed, certified, or registered to practice in the state of practice as required by law.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.

• Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.
