Family Nurse Practitioner - Walk-In Care; One West of Boston, MA

A federally qualified health center (FQHC) located one hour west of Boston is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join its walk-in clinic
. This respected organization provides comprehensive primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services to nearly 30,000 individuals and families in the community.

About the Position

Join a dedicated, mission-driven team committed to improving the health and well-being of underserved and culturally diverse populations. This is a Monday through Friday position with occasional Saturdays
, no call, and a manageable patient census.

As part of a patient-centered medical home, you’ll deliver evidence-based family medicine for both children and adults, supported by on-site lab services and a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. The center also serves as a teaching health center, training family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, and clinical social workers in providing culturally responsive care.

Requirements

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an NP in a primary care or walk-in/urgent care setting
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
• Current Massachusetts license or license pending
