Registered Nurse, East, Cardiac Telemetry, Per Diem

Exemption Status:
Non‑Exempt. Hiring Range: $52.50 - $57.50.

Schedule:

Holidays (one major summer holiday) and Holidays (one major winter holiday), Monday through Friday, one full weekend a month.

Shift: 4 – Mixed Shift, 12 Hours. Scheduled

Hours:

7p-7a.

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient’s care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with the job description and competency level.

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit‑specific certifications and competencies.
• Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (highly preferred).
