Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patient care on a per shift basis.
• Plan and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care to nursing staff.
• Support the facility's leadership in ensuring high-quality and safe nursing care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Nurses can park in visitor parking and must enter through designated entrances.
• Dedicated scrubs are provided for travelers, matching staff colors.
• Orientation and compliance with facility policies are required.
