Job SummaryUp to $25,000 Sign‑on Bonus (Based on Eligibility)
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. The RN supervises delegated staff, collaborates with the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and manages resources related to patient care.
Responsibilities- The RN delivers high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective nursing care to all patients and coordinates care across the nursing process.
- The RN directs care according to established safety standards, risk management, QI, and infection control, aiming to discharge patients at an optimum level of care.
- The RN plans and coordinates patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
- The RN fulfills all hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.
- The RN is familiar with the hospital’s emergency codes and follows policies and procedures for each code.
- The RN performs related duties as required.
- Education:
Graduated from a state‑approved nursing school or an accredited institution. - Certification:
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law and regulation in the state of practice, plus valid CPR certification.
- Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
Salary: $34.37 – $70.88 per hour (determined by qualifications and experience).
