• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients in a non‑trauma facility.
• Collaborate with staff and support the Chief Nursing Officer to deliver high‑quality, safe nursing care.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage floating responsibilities as required.
• Maintain on‑call rotation and after‑hours duties per facility policy.

• Valid nursing license and at least 1 year of diverse clinical nursing experience.
• Degree or diploma in nursing and mandatory Massachusetts state licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory; experience in telemetry or cardiac care units preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
