We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER Emergency Room team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is deal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide unit-level clinical care as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care delivery
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Support nursing leadership to uphold clinical standards and patient safety
• Maintain accountability for patient outcomes during assigned shifts

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant ER Emergency Room experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
