Per Diem Oncology Nurse Navigator - Merrimack Valley

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized oncology-specific education and resources to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Facilitate informed decision making and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout all phases of the cancer continuum.
• Perform routine nursing aspects of the Program, including clinical care, telephone triage, symptom management, monitoring and follow-up of patients.
• Manage patients on oral chemotherapy, gather data, and update charts.
• Offer patient education and coordinate monitoring to address ongoing needs.

Pay is based on market pay structures, business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
