Position: LPN 3Pm to 11Pm Worcester

Odd Fellows Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care, support residents' health and well-being, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes. Compensation

Starting at $35.00 per hour and up, based on experience, qualifications, and shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

  • Assess residents and contribute to individualized care plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all resident care policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

  • Collaborate effectively with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

Qualifications
  • Current and active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing.

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent customer service and resident-centered care skills.

  • Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and critical thinking.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer and documentation skills.

  • Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transferring residents as needed.

  • Must successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
