- Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
- Hiring Range: $37.51 - $81.95 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations)
- Schedule Details: Holidays – Every Third Holiday, Sunday through Saturday;
Weekends – Every Third Weekend - Scheduled
Hours:
7pm-7am - Shift: 3 – Night Shift, 12 Hours (United States of America)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Cost Center: 10010 – 0708 Maternity Delivery
- Union: MNA-Memorial/Hahnemann
Note:
This position may have a signing bonus. A member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process.
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Physical Demands and Environmental ConditionsWork is considered medium. Position requires work indoors in a patient care environment.
Additional Certifications for Milford Regional- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS through either AHA or ARC is a requirement for every RN within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS through AHA required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering whichever is sooner.
- PALS through AHA required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering whichever is sooner.
- NRP Advanced Provider through AAP required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering whichever is sooner.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
