Schedule

Full‑time. Structured Monday through Friday schedule with no call, weekend, or holiday responsibilities.

UMass Memorial Medical Group and the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery seek a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care.
  • Conduct patient rounds, evaluate inpatient consults, and collaborate with residents and attending physicians on care planning.
  • Manage an independent outpatient panel, including new patient evaluations, follow-up appointments, and post‑operative care.
  • Develop treatment plans, review diagnostic results, and coordinate ongoing patient management.
  • Document patient encounters in the EMR and communicate with patients through the patient portal.
  • Collaborate with referring providers, audiology, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Massachusetts Medical License, DEA and CSR, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable).
  • Prior APP experience preferred; ENT experience is a plus, but not required. New graduates with a strong interest in Otolaryngology are encouraged to apply.
