Licensed Practical Nurse

JOB SUMMARY

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for an outpatient clinic setting.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition.
• Document patient care accurately and concisely in the electronic health record.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Perform phlebotomy and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.

• Monday - Friday
• In-person
• Core Days:
  Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible between 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM start and ending by 5:30 PM)

• Fish Center Clinic
• Outpatient

• Valid Massachusetts LPN license.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous LPN experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.

• Proficient in patient assessment and vital sign monitoring.
• Knowledge of medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures.
