Onboarding Process:
Candidates must successfully complete a background check, pre‑employment health screening, and a drug screen.

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, provide unit level oversight, and supervise staff. The position supports the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Education:

• Required:
  
  Graduate of a state‑approved or accredited nursing school.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s in nursing.

Certifications:

• Required:
  
  Current license, registration, or certification to practice nursing in the state, and CPR.
