• Provide expert Neonatology or Critical Care services in a high-acuity setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver top-tier patient care
• Manage patient assessments, develop care plans, and perform procedures within scope
• Document clinical findings accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols
• Support patient and family education efforts in a critical care environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Neonatology or Critical Care certification (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Neonatology or ICU/CCU settings
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
