- Shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM;
Full weekend coverage 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Hours/Week: Full-time (varies based on shifts)
- Employment Type: W-2 contract
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification, Neonatal or Critical Care specialization preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in NICU or ICU settings
- Hourly Rate: $1.00 (standard pay package; additional reimbursements applicable)

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
- Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Support families with education and compassionate communication.
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Certification in Neonatal or Critical Care nursing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in NICU or ICU settings
- Ability to work onsite in Worcester, MA
- Experience working in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
