UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness partner for Central Massachusetts and the region's largest healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Division of Endocrinology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Central Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Endocrinology and Diabetes team within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on outpatient diabetes care.
Key Highlights:
- Clinical Practice:
Outpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week split between UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester and Health Alliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster. - Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive outpatient diabetes care as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered management for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions. - Collaborative Environment:
Join a well-established and collegial team of 23 Faculty Members, 19 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Fellows and 6 Certified Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists. - EMR System:

What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- NP or PA certification.
- Massachusetts NP or PA license.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, preferably with experience managing patients with diabetes.
