Director of Nursing

A nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Worcester, MA is currently seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Pay: 130k-155k, increases based on experience plus full benefits: medical, dental, & vision insurance, PTO, professional development opportunities

The Director of Nursing - DON duties to include but not limited to:

• Overall leadership, management, and direction of the Nursing Department.
• Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident-centered care
• Provide strategic oversight of clinical operations, staffing, quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention, survey readiness, employee development, and resident outcomes
• Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-centered care

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility & minimum of 5 years recent clinical long term care experience
• Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
