RN - CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)

Worcester, MA

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care is delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff under supervision
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient safety skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience with staff supervision and delegation in an ICU environment

• Scrubs are provided on-site, ensuring a seamless transition into the unit
• Opportunity to work in a specialized cardiovascular critical care environment with a supportive nursing leadership team
