Provide constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned by the Emergency Department Resource Nurse;
Monitor patients and conduct safety checks every 15 minutes;
Escort and supervise patients in the bathroom under RN direction and assist with meals;
Report safety concerns and escalating behaviors to the nurse or physician;
Document patient behavior every fifteen minutes on observation records
