LPN via Oncoll App

About the Role:

Care Gave Health Corp is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Worcester, MA through the Oncoll App. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of modern healthcare staffing technology.

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting health status
• Assist RNs and physicians in delivering comprehensive nursing care plans
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures as directed
• Communicate patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising care team
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Educate patients and families on care instructions, medications, and health management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, patient-centered outcomes

• Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital care platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
